For whom: those who have mastered the basic technique and want to progress further. What we do: technique refinement, partner work and bag work, sparring, and competition preparation. When: Tue/Thu at 09:30 (90 min), 08.09.2026–26.11.2026, 24 sessions in total. Trainer: Ruslan Lopukhin. Equipment: boxing gloves and mouthguard.
