About this course
3-month youth boxing beginner course — no previous experience needed. We learn the fundamentals of boxing in the right order: stance and movement, straight punches, hooks and defence, bag work and partner drills. Each training session includes a proper general conditioning component, so your fitness and endurance will improve as well. Also excellent if your goal is simply to get a good workout.
