Kääriku sports camp

Under the guidance of Serhii Melnyki and Marko Virkuinen, we meet at Kääriku sports camp

Boxing Club Kalev invites you to our summer training camp at Kääriku sports center — seven days of training, activity, and good company in the nature of South Estonia. We welcome all interested participants, regardless of previous experience: both young people trying on boxing gloves for the first time and experienced boxing enthusiasts and adult hobbyists. The days are filled with training sessions led by experienced coaches, and there is also time for leisure activities, use of sports facilities, and sauna. We stay at Kääriku hostel (2- and 4-bed rooms), eat three times a day, and everything — accommodation, meals, training, and round-trip transport — is included in the price. COACHES Serhii Melnyk — approximately 25 years of experience in boxing and over 15 years of work as a boxing coach. Focuses on improving technique, strength, and conditioning, and creates an environment where athletes of every level are motivated to push their limits. Marko Virkunen — senior coach with long experience and dedication to sports. Most of his younger students are 13–17 years old, but adults have always participated in the camp as well. WHY COME? • Develop both physical fitness and mental resilience and build confidence. • Train under qualified coaches and acquire new skills. • Spend an active and memorable week with friends and new acquaintances. Spaces are limited — sign up in good time. We will send participants the detailed activity schedule and gathering information one week before the camp begins.
